All of our beef is processed and vacuum sealed at a USDA facility in Johnson City Texas.  You can purchase our beef at the Austin Farmers Market year round at Triangle Park, 4600 Guadalupe at Lamar & 46th on wednesdays, 3 pm - 7 pm until March 12th - 4 pm - 8 pm until Nov.
